More than 15,000 Hispanics attendants will enjoy food from El Salvador especially the most popular a tortilla called PUPUSA, which is stuffed with cheese, refried beans and other fillings such as beef or pork rinds then grilled and served with spicy pickled cabbage and hot sauce.
At this free Street Fair you will find different type of Salvadorian food such as: fried plantain (a type of green banana), fried beans with rice (casamiento), cheese or cream, coffee, rice and beans, steak or chicken, salad and tropical fruit such as mangoes, watermelon or jocotes, a deep-red, pitted fruit.
In addition, attendants will find free health screenings for the whole family, free gifts, Carnival Games, Live Music, and a variety of products, services and information provided by all type of exhibitors.
