With the goal of providing students and mothers with information about the importance of a college education, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) will bring a FREE event to Pico Rivera, CA on Saturday, October 20.
The event will include informational sessions for students and mothers, who want to continue their higher education, on preparing for college and how they can apply for one of the twelve $10,000 "Sueña Sin Límites" ("Dream Without Limits") scholarships, created by The Clorox Company in partnership with HSF.
The event will feature award-winning motivational speaker Pegine Echevarria, who will offer sessions to teach participants to create a strategic plan in order to meet their goals.
