The City School West Adams is a NEW, FREE dual-language charter school.
City School will open in 2013 and will be a dual-language immersion school serving K-2nd, with a Spanish and French language track. We intend to grow by a new Kindergarten grade until 2016, when we will reach K-5.
The school will follow a constructivist, project-based learning curriculum with a dual language immersion program- both inspired by diverse, student-centered, high performing schools. The City School West Adams hopes to provide an outstanding public elementary school education to a socio-economically, culturally and racially diverse community of students through a dual language program. Our end goal is to create fully bilingual and bi-literate global citizens.
The City School West Adams will offer:
- A free Public Charter School in West Adams.

- More college choices later.
- Free or reduced fee lunch available to all children who qualify.
