The Twentieth Century Fox Film Diversity Management Training Program is a highly selective program designed to develop high potential and diverse talent with a passion for the entertainment industry, and a strong entrepreneurial desire to test their abilities and enhance their leadership skills. The program provides an exciting experience which allows recent graduates, or those about to graduate, to work on a variety of assignments and projects. At the end of the program, the goal will be to hire successful participants as regular, full-time employees. However, there is no guarantee of permanent placement.
We are looking to hire two high potential candidates who are interested in filmmaking, producing and/or marketing/creative advertising. You should be a recent graduates, or about to graduate, and have some experience with internships or working.
You should have a passion for entertainment, filmmaking/production and marketing. We would like you to have a portfolio of projects to show during the interview process.
The program is 18 to 24 months during which time you will work full-time and receive mentoring from management. The goal is to be hired after the program in a managerial role/Creative Executive. During the program you will be regular, full-time employee with benefits and the salary range is between $50,000 to $65,000.
