New Mobile Health Clinic in Los Angeles

UnitedHealthcare and Bienvenidos hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the launch of the new Mobile Health Clinic that will bring essential primary care health services to children and families in underserved communities in East Los Angeles. The celebration included a health fair for local children and families included free flu shots, screenings for diabetes and hypertension, and tips from experts on health, wellness and nutrition.

The mobile clinic, made possible by a $41,000 grant from UnitedHealthcare, will provide a range of health care services including primary care, vaccinations, health screenings and family planning services to local residents.
