Annual Careers in Education Event Expanded to Four Days

The annual Careers in Education job fair at Cal State San Bernardino this year will be held over four days, from April 13 through 16, at the university's College of Education building.
The college is hosting the event with the CSUSB Career Center, and it is open to anyone interested in a career in counseling or education. All events are free. While not required, advance registration is encouraged and can be done at the Careers in Education Week website at ciew.csusb.edu or by calling (909) 537-5609. Parking at the university is $6.

From Monday through Wednesday, April 13-15, the college will hold sessions on education topics and career pathways, aimed at providing information to alumni, current and prospective students that may lead to a career in education. These sessions will take place from 1-6 p.m.

On Thursday, April 16, the College of Education Program Fair will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., followed by the Education and Non-Profit Career Fair from 3-6 p.m. in the College of Education's atrium.

The education fair will showcase academic program opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, and all majors are welcome to attend.

The careers-in-education fair will provide alumni and current students the opportunity to meet and interview with school district recruiters, individual schools and non-profit employers who are ready to hire.

For more information, visit the Careers in Education Week website at ciew.csusb.edu or call (909) 537-5609.
