Location: Entravision Communications Corp, Los Angeles Office.
Role: Data Entry & Clerical Assistant
Temporary position: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Performs administrative and office support activities for the Accounting Team. This position will require heavy data entry and lots of attention to detail.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Data Entry
• Administrative support
• Typing skill of 40-60 WPM
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work proficiently and effectively in a timely manner
Basic accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
