Culinary Delights-Los Angeles Times The Taste 2017


It didn't take long for the Los Angeles Times The Taste presented by JetBlue Plus Card to work it's way into the culinary scene of Greater Los Angeles, to become a must attend event of the year.

The Taste presented by JetBlue Plus Card once again return to the backlots of Paramount Picture Studios in the heart of Hollywood. The Taste presented by JetBlue Plus Card is scheduled for Labor Day Weekend (September 1-3). Admission to each of the five events include unlimited tastings from the City of Angels best kitchens and plethora of wine, beer and seasonal cocktails by celebrated mixologists.

Paramount Pictures Studios, coupled with the pleasant Southern California weather, is the idea setting for foodies and lovers of ethnic cuisine to enjoy restaurants offering the best of their cuisine.

Prepare to stroll and savor as you and members of your entourage sample a smorgasbord of global cuisine at the ultimate epicurean pop-up and block party to conclude all parties of the Summer.

Attendees have a variety of options for The Taste, presented by JetBlue Plus Card. Opening Night is scheduled for Friday, September 1st, 7:30-10:30pm.

Field to Fork-Hosted by Amy Scattergood, Times Food Editor, and Sang Yoon, chef/Owner of Father's Office, and Lukson; Saturday, September 2nd, 12;00 (noon)-3:00pm.

Dinner with a Twist-Hosted by Jonathan Gold, Times Restaurant Critic, Jenn Harris, Times Deputy Food Editor, Antonia Lofaso, Chef/Owner of Scopa Italian Roots and Black Market Liquor Bar, and Marco A. Ramos, Mixologist at Scopa Italian Roots; Saturday, September 2nd, 7:30-10:30pm.

Sunday Block Party-Hosted by Noelle Carter, Times Kitchen director, and Sherry Yard, Chef/Owner of Tuck Room Tavern; Sunday, September 3rd, 12:00 (noon)-3:00pm.

Flavors of L.A.-Hosted by Jonathan Gold, Times Restaurant Critic and Gilberto Centina Jr., Chef/Owner of Chichen Itza and Holbox; Sunday, September 3rd, 7:30-10:30pm.

Los Angeles Times The Taste presented by JetBlue Plus Card is produced in association with Best Events. The Collins College of Hospitality Management, L. A. Regional Food Bank and Midnight Mission are the event's charity beneficiaries. Event tickets are $150 for Opening Night. Saturday and Sunday event tickets range from $95 to $130; a $25 discount is available exclusively to Times subscribers.
