AT&T Film Awards Created a Category Just for U.S. Hispanics

AT&T is hosting it's annual Film Awards online for aspiring filmmakers who have created imaginative short films. This is the first year AT&T has created a category just for Spanish speaking filmmakers. The winner for the category of Best Spanish Language Short Film will be presented with a scholarship award to attend the USC School of Cinematic Arts program summer of 2018. The prize includes round trip airfare, housing and daily stipend during the program with an approximate value of $20,000.

There is also an opportunity for Best Short Film for college students and short film shot on mobile. The first-place prize for each contest is $10,000.

Participants are only able to submit one entry. Being a US college student is the only requirement. The last day to enter is November 26th.
