East LA Arts Groups Bring Their Talents to Glendale Art Show

We are thrilled to announce two East Los Angeles arts organizations, the East Los Angeles College Latin Jazz Ensemble and Casa Cultural of Saybrook Park will participate in the free Red Rabbit Holiday Arts & Crafts Market on December 4 in Glendale! Besides shopping for unique holiday gifts, visitors will enjoy delightful entertainment, free art activities, and delicious food trucks, too.

The East Los Angeles College (ELAC) Latin Jazz Ensemble is part of an elite music program and is directed by Jesus "Chuy" Martinez. The program emphasizes the student's technique, artistry, and performance skills. The ELAC Latin Jazz Ensemble has performed for local dignitaries and in numerous statewide competitions. We appreciate the ELAC students donating their talents to show the community their passion for music.

Entertainment is as follows: 11:00 am-11:15 am Pacific Dance School of Glendale; 12:00 pm-1:15 pm Glendale Community College Saturday Jazz Band; 3:30 pm ÔÇô 4:00 pm East Los Angeles College Latin Jazz Ensemble.

Casa Cultural of Saybrook Park believes all children should experience the arts, "hands-on." The mother-daughter team of Guadalupe and Beatrice Bojorquez will offer free craft projects hourly (while supplies last) and share their center's mission with the community. Projects include: Paper plate angels, bookmarks, posicle stick snowmen & more!

Red Rabbit Holiday Arts & Crafts Market is a free family arts and crafts with 30 artisans selling handcrafted items in time for holiday gift giving with free art projects and yummy food trucks all day.
