Cathy Cruz Marrero is now known as "The Fountain Lady" after a video showing her falling into a fountain at a mall while trying to walk and text simultaneously went viral on YouTube. Marrero is pressing charges against mall operators for posting the video. Marrero is also currently facing felony counts for allegedly using a coworker's credit card to make more than $5,000 in purchases. Watch it here.
