La Santa Cecilia Conquers Multicultural Audiences

Early on in their career, the concept of 'art' has gone hand in hand with La Santa Cecilia, as seen manifested through their albums, promotions, and their clothing. Now, Los Angeles emerging artist, Julio Salgado, has become part of this great artistic creativity for the group, creating colorful 'comic cartoons' of La Santa Cecilia's band members. Salgado is a graduate of the University of Long Beach, CA, whose been recognized for his work with DREAM Act.

His collection composes cartoonist images of famous artists who are his biggest sources of inspiration, such as Beth Ditto, Jenni Rivera, and films such as Real Women Have Curves and Precious. Salgado was inspired by La Santa Cecilia's music, portraying the band in a fun and colorful way.
